Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Dieser Kurs soll den Studenten die Möglichkeit bieten, sich mit ausgewählten Quellen zur politischen Geschichte Osteuropas vertraut zu machen. Ein zentrales Thema werden Reflexionen über Herrschaft am Übergang vom Feudalismus zur Autokratie im späten 15. und 16. Jahrhundert sein, wie sie etwa der russischen Dracula-Erzählung, den Werken Ivan Peresvetovs sowie dem Briefwechsel Ivan Groznyjs und Andrej Kurbskijs zu entnehmen sind. Der Kurs richtet sich gleichermaßen an Studenten der Slawistik wie der Geschichte. Lektürewünsche der Teilnehmer können berücksichtigt werden.
