Aims, contents and method of the course

First of all, different subgroups of peculiar stars and their characteristics will be introduced by short talks. We will discuss the spectral classification and photometric properties of these objects. For one selected subgroup, data mining and analysis will be performed. As a last step, we will write a scientific publication based on these data.
