Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Goals: Deepening of the concepts and methods learned in the associated lectures.

Content: Basics of quantum mechanics (Concept of probability of quantum mechanics of quantum objects and its physical interpretation, methods of treating problems in quantum mechanics, basic problems like physical treatment of the hydrogen atom, time-dependent probles, especially time-dependent Schrödinger equation).

Method: Autonomously working out and presentation of the provided exercises

Assessment and permitted materials

Course with immanent evaluation:
- 2 small exams during the semester
- Quantity of the worked out exercises
- Quality and abundance of presentation of worked out exercises.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

50% must be reached in the course. This is a calculated arithmethic mean of accomplished percent in the 2 exercise exams, as well as the percent of worked out exercises and the performance at presenting them.
