- Participation in the discussions (20 percent)
- (Participation in) presentation of a source analysis (depending on the number of participants as part of group work) (20 percent)
- Submission of 2 reflection papers (approx. 3 pages each) on given questions (selection options). One of the reflection papers must be submitted by the end of May, another by the end of September. (30 percent each, i.e. 60 percent in total)

Active and constructive participation in the discussions is part of the required performance. A willingness to engage with the texts and sources provided is a prerequisite. A maximum of three absences is permitted.
