Aims, contents and method of the course

Das Verhältnis Russlands gegenüber Europa und dem "Westen" ist eine Kernfrage des russischen Identitätsdiskurses. Gelesen und diskutiert werden historische belletristische und politische sowie zeitgenössische analytische Texte, welche die Darstellung Europas und des "Westens" aus russischer Perspektive reflektieren. Der chronologische Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Zeit von der Aufklärung bis 1900.

Ziel der LV ist die Vermittlung von Literaturkenntnis, kritischer Lektüre und Orientierungswissen.

Assessment and permitted materials

Leistungsfeststellung Mitarbeit, schriftliche Kurzarbeiten, mündliche Präsentationen.
