Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The objective of the seminar is research-based learning of comparative constitutional law. Each student has to select her own subject for a critical analysis. Methods of comparative law have to be applied in the paper, which has to be presented in the seminar. The seminar aims to strengthen the soft skill of the students (e.g. presentation techniques).
The seminar offers a discourse between the students on comparative administrative law, especially administrative courts. The independent writing of the seminar paper is supported by the lecturer of the course.
