Aims, contents and method of the course
Penal system and other forms of safeguarding
Assessment and permitted materials
Presentation (25% of final grade) and term paper (60% of final grade) of the research topic assigned at the preparatory meeting; compulsory attendance and active participation in discussions (15% of final grade)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Exam in penal law and the course fundamentals in criminology OR dissertation in criminal law or criminology
