Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
In diesem Seminar wird der Schutzstandard der gerechten und billigen Behandlung (Fair and Equitable Treatment, abgekürzt FET) sowohl konzeptuell als auch anhand der Praxis der internationalen Investitionsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit untersucht. Die Teilnehmenden werden ersucht ein Thema aus der folgenden Liste zu wählen.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Seminararbeit, mündliche Präsentation und Diskussionsteilnahme
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Beurteilung der Dissertationsvorhaben in Form der Schriftlichen Exposés, der mündlichen Präsentation (20 Minuten) und der Diskussionsteilnahme.
